There are moments in everybody´s lives where we could do with some extra support.
Just as we would visit a medical doctor to help heal our physical ailments, at times in order to thrive we need to work on our psychological wellbeing too.
Therapy is a partnership, whereby we work together to help you negotiate difficult moments in your life. The therapeutic process has the ability to raise a persons self-awareness and ultimately it helps people to help themselves.
With my extensive experience as a fully qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT), I work with clients (16+) via weekly sessions to explore the problem thats troubling them, then together we work to find a more helpful way forward that is sustainable longer term.
My therapeutic style is Integrative, which utilises a variety of psychotherapeutic styles and techniques that are adapted to suit your needs.

Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem/lack of confidence, relationship issues, attachment and loss, sexual orientation, anger, panic, gender identity, trauma, work/career issues, mortality/bereavement, sexual function, health anxiety, life changes/events, OCD, men’s issues.
